Humans are amazing.

Every person who walks through my door—or joins me on a screen—brings a unique story, and I meet each of them with genuine presence, deep respect, and an open mind. My approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness and a person-centered perspective, offering unconditional support while also challenging you to grow. Vulnerability takes courage, and I believe that every step toward self-awareness and change should feel both rewarding and empowering.

I work with people from all walks of life—teachers, skilled tradespeople, recent graduates, and those still figuring out their path. No matter your background, identity, or journey, you will find a space here where you are heard and validated, not just for who you are but for who you’re becoming. Our practice is deeply inclusive, but never exclusive — I believe in meeting each person where they are with authenticity, warmth, and a commitment to meaningful growth.

Therapy isn’t about easy answers. It’s about exploration, self-acceptance, and sometimes, the discomfort that leads to real change. I bring a Buddhist-influenced perspective to my work, helping clients cultivate presence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I won’t just nod and agree—I will support you unconditionally, but I will also encourage you to challenge yourself in ways that create lasting transformation.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or just a space to be yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Life is messy.

Every person who sits across from me—whether in person or on a screen—brings a story that matters. You don’t need to fit into a certain box to belong here. I meet you exactly where you are, with respect, honesty, and a commitment to both supporting and challenging you. Therapy isn’t just about being heard—it’s about growth, self-trust, and stepping into the life you deserve with confidence.

As a mom, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the roles you play—partner, parent, caregiver, the one who holds it all together. But you are more than what you do for others. My approach to therapy is about helping you reconnect with yourself, trust your instincts, and step into your own power. Your voice matters. You don’t have to stay small, quiet, or put yourself last. Vulnerability is strength, and real change happens when you decide to show up for yourself. I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way — pushing when you need a challenge, holding space when you need to be heard, and reminding you that you are capable of more than you think.

Therapy isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes. It’s about discovering what truly works for you, honoring your needs, and challenging the stories that hold you back.

If you’re ready to step into that process, I’m here to walk beside you—pushing when needed, supporting always, and helping you create real, lasting change.

Services + Ratestherapy can be simple.

We believe that therapy can be simple. Not easy, but simple . . .

COUPLES THERAPY

For partners looking to improve communication, navigate challenges, and strengthen their connection.

In relationships, things ebb and flow. A "normal couple" doesn't exist, so take that pressure off of yourselves. More and more couples are seeking out therapy as a way to learn better communication and reconnect to their partner.

For some, seeking out couples therapy can be even more stigmatizing than individual therapy. We have to change it. As humans, we want to have the answers and become frustrated when things aren’t healthy in our relationships. Therapy is a place of unbiased support where we offer insight into how to bring clarity to your relationship.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

One-on-one sessions focused on personal growth, relationships, life transitions, stress, and more.

Whether it's in person or virtual, therapy is a time where you can work on yourself and develop a better understanding of who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there.

Individual therapy is an opportunity to challenge negative beliefs, improve self-worth, and gain momentum to make changes in your life.

We both have extensive knowledge and training working with individuals of many backgrounds and reasons of seeking therapy.
